mental exercise in creativity

The mind maps are a wonderful tool to enhance their creative potential and memorability. The mental maps enable its mind to flow freely ideas and thoughts in a constant evolving. Everyone can create their own mental maps with a few simple lessons.

In this section some basic concepts to create your mind map useful for a project, a memo, a meeting of building etc.

1 - Although the formal education teaches us to read starting from the left at the top, our mind is concentrated mainly in the middle of the page. It is from here that our mental map begins. We have at the center of the paper (A4 size is just fine), a word or an image that represents the core on which you want to focus.

2 - Second thing to do is kick off the creative flow, open the dam of thoughts without limits, the idea of \u200b\u200bgenius. Connect these ideas and writing them with a line joining the core. If a idea, followed in many ideas, connect them in a sort of sub-category of the main idea.

3 - Creating a mind map should not take more than 8 minutes, this is because the flow of ideas must be as fast and spontaneous as possible and not allow the rational part to interfere. Use as many colors you can use, blow your desire for color in the presence of very serious topics. Also drawn from images, arrows, recalls, and everything that you fancy suggests.

4 - Include in the mental map also things that come to mind, and that apparently have little or nothing to do with the core of the project. If you get stuck for a moment, his thoughts seem to run dry and registers as a block in the flow, do not give you pain, go ahead continue to draw lines and leave them empty, then returns to a moment before the moment when the thoughts are on hold and tries to remember what you thought went in front and not have paid attention. Perhaps this is what has created the block. Write it on the map. Often changes the color to write in order to facilitate the flow of ideas.

Remember that in theory a map never ends then, once the creative process, often seeks to examine the map, or at least until the event that inspired it not be concluded, and to integrate if is the case, but never to organize it. Study it to understand and memorize better creativity in it, to create exercised in every sector, this will greatly increase your imagination, expand your mental horizons and make you feel more secure at all times.
