Great evening of music at the Blue Note of Milan, with guest pianist and singer Eliane Elias Brazilian . The evening began just after 21, the restaurant is full and the tickets sold out for days. The three musicians accompanying Eliane make their entrance on stage at the center you place the young guitarist, who later would prove to be particularly virtuous, and quite in keeping with the character (there were some instrumental duets between the two), just behind the bassist and drummer, also quite young but very smart. Shortly after enters Eliane, welcomed by the powerful and sustained applause of the large audience ... just sit at the piano, the magic begins.
A real tribute alla musica e alla tradizione brasiliana, con molte tracce appartenenti al recente Bossa Nova Stories , e anche dai dischi precedenti ( Dreamer , Eliane Elias sings Jobim ) che vengono proposte in un mix spesso infuocato di ritmo e colore, il tutto con una totale armonia tra i componenti del gruppo e, man mano che la canzone va avanti, con un abbandono progressivo all'improvvisazione, in un crescendo di intensità emotiva da parte di tutti i soggetti coinvolti, pubblico compreso.
Fotografia , A Ra (The Frog) , Rosa Morena , So Danco Samba , A Felicidade , The Girl from Ipanema , Desafinado , Doralice e Chega de Saudade sono solo alcune delle canzoni proposte durante il concerto, durato qualcosa di più dei rigidi tempi del Blue Note, anche perché Eliane ci ha concesso alcuni bis, richiamata a gran voce dal pubblico; in particolare in Desafinado i ritmi accessi della bossanova si alternavano a suoni più delicati, quasi vicini a certe atmosfere tipiche della musica da camera, o comunque qualcosa di simile (in questa particolare occasione il contrabbassista suonava il suo strumento con un archetto, come fosse un violino, ed infatti il suono emesso era parecchio simile).
